I have approximately 18 years of experience in mortgage loan processing of all types of conventional refinance and purchase files from streamline refinances to state bond purchases and USDA purchases. I have worked for banks, mortgage brokers, and mortgage origination companies as well as correspondent lenders and wholesale lenders. Most positions involved reviewing required documentation to complete the mortgage loan application. My work often involves communication with other team members from sales, admin, junior processors, and service providers. Communication is key to providing a successful customer experience.

Their website is customer friendly and there is plenty of useful information as wells as tools for the customer to learn options that are available to them. I find the team to be friendly and they have a good work environment.

What Should A Client Expect From You?

As an operational team member, I pay the utmost attention to detail and provide efficient service to achieve an excellent customer experience. I consider myself a mortgage professional and aim to meet high standards of performance for our team and our clients.

What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?

I enjoy helping clients achieve their financial goals and making it a smooth process. This includes managing time to stay on task as well as meeting time-sensitive deadlines to avoid higher costs to close. It also includes being accountable for your part of the process and supporting the team to make the entire process smooth. Clear communication as well as caring about your clients and teammates is important to everyone’s success.

How would you describe the role of education in the process?

My role in client education is listening to what their needs are and helping to meet them by clearly communicating their options. For best outcomes, my explanations are always simple and clear to understand.

When you’re not working, what are some of your favorite pastimes?

I like to read and sing. I spend time with family and close friends as well.
