Experience
I began my career in the mortgage industry as a loan processor. My boss was a wonderful mentor, teacher, and friend. She taught me the value of listening to the customer and to focus on their individual needs to meet and exceed their expectations. After 3 years of processing, I took on a new role as an underwriter assistant and eventually became a Wholesale Account Exec for 15 years. I loved going out in the field, training all my brokers, loan officers, and processors on all the different programs so we could offer each borrower the best rate and program that suited their individual needs.

What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?
Assisting homeowners to achieve their goals.
How would you describe the role of education in the process?
Client education is a must. Every client is different. Every client is unique. I set expectations and ask questions to ensure we are doing everything we can to give each customer the service they expect and deserve.
When you’re not working, what are some of your favorite pastimes?
Taking my 2 rescue dogs on adventures, exploring the beauty of Oregon from the mountains to the coast
