After a career in equity trading came to an end, I had to reinvent myself and this time around, I wanted to do something that enabled me to help people directly. I’ve always been good with people and being a loan officer allows me to bring certain aspects of my previous career into my current career while helping partners and clients with financing needs.

What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?
Helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Going into a closing and seeing their smiles and tears of joy. Knowing that I was a part of that is incredibly fulfilling.
How would you describe the role of education in the process?
I view each client as an individual, not transactional and take the time at the beginning of the process to get to know them, their family, their goals, time frames, and to educate clients so that they feel confident with the decisions that they’re making. Our communication is key and will ensure a successful experience. If you do that, navigating any possible rough spots in the process becomes easier as they know the reasoning behind anything that comes up and are more willing to work through it with you. An educated client is your best client.
When you’re not working, what are some of your favorite pastimes?
My passion is fly fishing but I also enjoy golfing poorly and watching my kids in their sporting events
