I come from a background based in customer service. I worked as a project manager dealing with end users as well as large corporations with me being the “middle person”. In doing this I learned proper follow up and follow through, the importance of clear and concise communication and efficiency in those processes. I also know the customer is the lifeblood of any company no matter what the industry.

As a former client with Options I know from first-hand experience that our mission is to educate the client. To help them make an informed decision, and their highest level of success. I also realize the capabilities of the mortgage industry beyond what the average client sees and I knew it was the right fit for me.
What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?
Being able to help people achieve their goals and dreams whether their first time home buyers, upgrading to their home of their dreams, or helping them turn their hard-earned equity into something they can use to make other dreams come true. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and I believe that buying a home or using the equity in your home to achieve personal goals is such a rewarding experience.
How would you describe the role of education in the process?
I got started in the industry based on my fascination as a home buyer myself, so I understand first hand the power that education has on the home buying process. I believe client education is the number one goal in all customer transactions. The client needs to fully understand the products as well as the process every step of the way. This helps them feel more at ease and makes for a better working relationship for everyone.
