Talent Aquisition and
Motto: “Share your heart!“
As an industry professional, I am proud of my 25 plus years of experience in business development and relationship management in Title and Escrow. I enjoy being actively involved in all aspects of the real estate business and am committed to providing quality customer service. It is important to me to nurture the strong industry relationships I have formed while living and working in the communities we grow and serve.
Why Options Financial Residential Mortgage?
I am thrilled to work with Options, to align myself with a company and team I have always respected and referred customers too. The opportunity to contribute to a team that is passionate about their growth, honors the customer experience and allows me to continue to serve the same industry and customers I have grown to adore… really excites me!
Because innovation and industry engagement are important to me, I am thrilled for the opportunity to work with this team. To research and support all areas of the market we serve while contributing to the growth and development of a well-established team at Options Financial. Two things I take great pride in are high integrity and a strong reputation. Working for a company that holds those attributes is so important to me. While most of my career has been in title and escrow services, I look forward to the ability to continue to support and partner with customers I have grown to know over the years.
What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?
Bringing people together, helping them leverage those relationships, and then seeing the unique partnerships we form thrive. That is what I love about our industry.
How would you describe the role of education in the process?
Despite my years of experience, I learn something new every day. So I would say the role of education is VERY important. Working for a company that values sharing its knowledge and educating our customers is powerful.
Is there a particular story or example that captures the Options Financial “promise” or “benefit” in a nutshell?
Yes – my own daughter is an Options’ success story. They took the time to help develop her as a borrower. After a two year commitment to her family’s goals, constant follow up, sharing knowledge and teaching them along the way…they purchased their first home last year. Options made that a possibility because of the time they invested in them.
When you’re not working, what are some of your favorite pastimes?
Hiking, entertaining, and watching my son play varsity baseball.
