Before joining the Options Financial team I obtained my formal education in Business Communications while working in Sales Management. My experience in customer service, paired with an educational focus on communication has carried over nicely to my current position as Results Coordinator, assisting Michelle Joslin and working side by side with our clients. I appreciate the opportunity to be of service by providing support and reassurance through consistent communication.

What would you say is the most fulfilling part of what you do?
My intention is to provide a supportive connection to our clients that promotes trust and transparency. Questions and concerns during the home buying process present themselves in a variety of ways and at various stages. For me, being in a role entrusted with providing information, reassurance & support as our clients face their goals head on is wonderfully fulfilling. The process of buying a home has its pockets of anxiety. It’s my pleasure to be part of the solution by helping to resolve as much of that anxiety as possible.
I am thankful to be a part of our clients journey through the planning phase as they are empowered with relevant information to make decisions that positively impact both their short and long term goals.
How would you describe the role of education in the process?
Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking for an investment property, there are varying levels of experience with homeownership which make tailored education imperative. Client’s ultimately know what is best for them and most inline with their lifestyles and goals. There is a wonderful sense of peace that can come from aligning expectations with reality, and in my experience continuing education is the connector. Empowering our clients with information, on-going support and resources to move towards their homeownership goals are just some of the things that set Options Financial apart.
When you’re NOT working, what are some of your favorite pastimes?
When I’m not at the office, I enjoy exploring with my husband and two kiddos, diving into a new craft project, or getting lost in a great book.
